Breakthrough Coaching Session

Available to all individuals ages 18+ across the globe!

The Breakthrough Coaching Session is designed for anyone who wants to dive deeper into a specific issue that is keeping them stuck and explore how to move forward in a healthy way. Maybe you have attended my live events or seen my social media content, and you want to follow-up with some questions related to your personal situation. Or perhaps you are curious about my coaching style to determine if you would like to work with me on a regular basis. If so, a Breakthrough Session is perfect for you!

This 75-minute session is different than a traditional coaching session in that I do not complete an intake or discuss general goals for our work together. As the client, you will join the session with specific questions so that we can make the most of our time together. Together we will identify action steps and additional resources you can explore independently to continue your healing work. If, after this session, you want to move forward in working together, we can discuss more details at the end of our Breakthrough Session. I would love the opportunity to connect with you individually to hear your story, celebrate your progress, and provide guidance for continued success on your healing journey!

I am so grateful for our Breakthrough Session and feel like I have greater clarity on how stress and worry begin to feel in my body and the ways I’ve tried to cope in the past.
